We spent part of our honeymoon here and loved it. The hotel sits right across from Playa Hermosa, with lovely sunset views and a really nice pool. Breakfast isn't provided, but plenty of restaurants are right nearby for a bite.

I had a great time at this hotel and plan to come back. The suite had a wonderful ocean view, and when I mentioned that I work remotely and needed a chair, the office staff brought one to my room. I really appreciated that, since there was only one indoor chair. Housekeeping was less dependable. We ran out of toilet paper and clean towels, and even after I put a sign on the door requesting service, no one came for two days straight. I had to text a manager to get someone to clean the room.

We came back for a second stay because we adore this place. It's right on the beach, with a few restaurants and a mini super within walking distance. Walking left along the shore, you can spot macaws and green parrots feeding in the date palms. The waves at night are peaceful, though traffic can be noisy, especially the trucks. Bring a sound machine. We'll be back!

The views are amazing, and the beach feels pretty private. There are two restaurants within walking distance and an adventure park about 9 minutes away. Getting here from the airport takes around 2 hours, and an Uber costs about $120.

At $200 a night, this place wasn't worth it. The water never got hot, the shower door was broken and wouldn't stay shut, and I had to use a piece of metal tubing to keep the broken patio door closed.
