The apartments are comfortable and have everything you need. It’s a quiet, upscale place in Jaco, right by the sea with lovely views, next to the Casino and Resort Crocs.

The rooms are nice and the location is beautiful. The kitchen has a good range of supplies, and there’s a washer and dryer. I did notice a moldy smell under the kitchen sink, plus a few small repairs are needed. The drapes don’t fully close, and the sofa has tears.

The only thing going for this place was the million-dollar view. My room was filthy, with an old AC unit, a broken microwave, a stove starting to rust, and no smoke alarms. The sofa, beds, mattress and pillows were dirty enough that we were ready to cut our vacation short. We had to spend 100 dollars on new pillows so we could sleep. Disgusting. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. The owner shouldn’t list this unit on AirBnB.

Our unit was really well equipped, and there’s a nice pool. Tres Regales is at the north end of Jaco beach, right beside Crocs hitel/casino. Getting into downtown is either a $3US taxi ride or about a half-hour walk. I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

A little piece of heaven right on the beach. These lovely condos are on the north side of Jaco beside Crocs Casino and Resort, and they come furnished with everything you need.
