Those ocean sunsets are amazing, and it’s a family friendly place for all ages. We’ve been coming here for 11 years, and this is a wonderful condo unit. It’s clean, well maintained, and everyone is friendly.

Phil was quick to answer our questions and very helpful. We really enjoyed this unusual place, a luxury apartment on the 10th floor with great ocean views, right on the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped. I highly recommend it if you’re spending time in Jaco.

Patricia, our concierge, was always available for questions and was a big help with booking our excursions. The beachfront condo complex is beautiful and feels very private.

The building was spotless and the staff were so friendly. It’s in a beautiful spot, and the place itself is amazing.

The security is excellent, with everyone required to register when coming and going and no extra guests allowed. It’s a lovely oceanfront property and a good fit for a family resort stay. If you’re planning to party, you may want to stay somewhere else.
