The owner was so kind, and the house has a lovely charm. It’s set in beautiful gardens about twenty metres from a gorgeous, quiet beach. It can get a bit hot, but the pool and sea are right there for cooling off. Such a peaceful place.

Palm Beach Estates was quiet and away from the bustle of Tamarindo. The beach was a short five-minute walk, and it was very quiet while we were there, with great waves for boogie boarding. The house was clean and had all the amenities you could want, plus a lovely private pool and deck just steps away.

The quiet here is hard to match. From the house, you get a private path to the beach, and the only sounds were the sea, wind, and birds in the trees. The garden between the house and the beach is beautiful, with the shore literally 20 meters away. A wonderful place in Junquillal, with a great pool and a fully equipped kitchen.

We stayed for 17 days, and it was wonderfully calm. Sibille was helpful and focused on what we needed, and when little problems came up, they were fixed quickly. Great for relaxing, though not the place for party animals. There are six good restaurants within a 15-minute walk and a grocery store 10 minutes away on foot. Bring a flashlight. We got sunsets, pool time, monkeys, crabs, and more.
