The view is great, and there's a nice little beach nearby with plenty going on. But all you get is a bed barely off the floor in a tiny, empty room. We booked four days and left after two, as soon as we found somewhere else. The A/C was the only thing that made staying there bearable. This place is being rented out despite seeming abandoned. We were told we couldn't move to the slightly larger room next door because it was booked for the following day. That wasn't true: nobody moved in, and rooms were still listed online. The property didn't answer calls or messages, so getting help meant waiting at reception until somebody showed up. We were also told there were no rooms available when we asked to switch. There seemed to be only one or two people looking after the whole property. Around 3:30 or 4:00, no one was there to greet us, and we thought we'd been dropped at an abandoned building. One reception desk was piled with construction gear, and there was no gate attendant. It didn't feel very safe. Someone eventually checked us in, speaking very little English. I filled in a paper with my name and a few details, got no receipt, and had to ask for a photo of it when we left early. Locals we spoke to felt sorry for us having to stay there, which says a lot. The room had two bath towels on the counter and almost nothing else. The bathroom was tiny, and the water wasn't working when we arrived. The shower was dirty and had barely any pressure. There were stains on the bedding, uncomfortable beds only 6-8 inches off the floor, and no nightstand lamp, phone, dresser, table, fridge, microwave, shampoo, conditioner, or washcloth. The Wi-Fi barely worked. There was just a tiny TV on the wall. Nobody cleaned the room or brought fresh towels each day. The other room we looked at was a bit bigger and had a fridge and kitchen area, but not much else was better. We could walk straight into it because the connecting door wasn't locked. The pool was dirty when we arrived, and both the pool bar and restaurant were permanently closed. There's nothing here that really makes it a resort. At best, it's a bare-bones motel, and it isn't a good deal. This is a $50-a-night room at most. I travel plenty and can put up with most conditions, though my girlfriend is less tolerant, but people should know the website and photos are VERY misleading.
