Villaggio Claudia 29B

The villa and its shared spaces looked gorgeous, and the stay was still enjoyable, but several things didn't work right. The air fryer was out of order, a lawn chair was already broken when we arrived, the bathroom bidet barely had a trickle, and the toilet seat came off almost as soon as we got there, before anyone had used it. Security seemed pretty relaxed, mostly focused on the front entrance. I also got noise complaints because I was playing music too loudly at night, at 10pm on Sunday, so that part was on me. But security said they'd waited until they had five complaints before coming to tell me. If I'd known earlier, I would have turned it down. We couldn't cook our own food without the air fryer, and I wish someone had come to repair things. We made a complaint, but no repair people showed up during our stay.
