The walk to Playa del Coyote was easy, and the beach was incredible. For part of the day I had it all to myself. Getting to and from Misha and Yenkim's camping was a challenge, but staying there was a wonderful surprise that went well beyond what I expected. I loved sleeping in the comfortable tent, and hearing the Howler Monkeys was quite an experience. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were great. Next time I'd stay longer than two nights.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, away from the usual tourist hotspots. Yen and Misha are warm hosts who put so much care into their work. They really enjoy welcoming guests and hearing about their travels, and they know the area well, with great tips for travel, restaurants, and activities. I can't wait to come back!

Alouatta is such a beautiful place to stay. The owners are wonderful, and it's a great spot for peace and meeting people from all over the world. Everything felt clean and spacious, from the tents and facilities to the shared areas. There's a huge communal kitchen with all you need to cook with family or friends, plus hammocks for a nap. The homemade breakfasts, panini, smoothies, and desserts were amazing. Playa Coyote and the town with supermarkets are really close. Thank you ❤️

The beaches were beautiful and almost deserted, and the whole area felt laid back. It seems perfect for learning to surf, with a chance you might be the only one in the water! The surroundings were lovely, and we loved our stay at Alouatta. The owners and the girls working there were all friendly and welcoming. Thanks so much for everything, it exceeded our expectations 🧡🙏🥰

We came across this place while bikepacking around the peninsula, and were lucky to find it. The owners were kind and accommodating. Food options are limited, but everything we tried was fantastic. Even with the scorching daytime heat, the tent fans kept things nice and cool at night.
