The house is incredibly scenic and peaceful, and the staff make it even better. Franco seems to know everything about Costa Rica and rainforest biology. There are lots of excursions to choose from at agreeable prices, and I don’t think you’ll regret coming. I’ll be back next year. Costa Rica, especially its less industrialized part, feels like a hidden gem. Five stars only because I can’t give six!
