Flor Tica House was a comfortable place to come back to after a day exploring. The home was clean, with a lovely little pool, and all three bedrooms had A/C that worked wonderfully. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the showers had hot water. There’s a convenience store on the corner, and more shops and restaurants are an easy five-minute walk away. Both tour companies we used picked us up at the house without any trouble. The owner replied quickly to my questions and was friendly and ready to help with anything we needed.

Flor helped arrange a shuttle both to and from SJO Airport, which got our eight-night stay off to a great start. Flor Tica House was safe, clean, convenient, and had good neighbors. There’s a little park across the street for the kids. The house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an outdoor shower for after the beach or a dip in the pool. Everything worked well, including the washer and dryer, and the kitchen had what we needed to cook our meals. It was our first time in Quepos, and Flor quickly and helpfully answered all our questions. We could walk to everything in town, and the bus stop for local attractions was minutes away. Taxis and shuttles had no trouble finding the house for longer trips, making it a great base for exploring the region. We had a fabulous experience, highly recommend Flor Tica House, and would definitely stay again. Thank you, Flor!

The house was comfortable, worked for our pets, and the photos matched the space. It’s centrally located, and the only issue during our stay was that the temperature control in one shower didn’t work. Our family trip this weekend was just okay, though. The Airbnb location was wrong and took us to the wrong place, and it was difficult to get the correct address from the owner.

My family and I loved this beautiful, clean, tidy, and very well-equipped house. It has a lovely pool with a jacuzzi, and Manuel Antonio National Park is only 15 minutes away.
