Tico Tico Villas Adult Only

We spent three lovely nights at Tico Tico, and it was an easy base for food and activities between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. An Uber to a local restaurant was only about $4 US, and there's plenty to do if you want to experience true Costa Rica. The property is beautiful and well looked after. Our room was comfortable and relaxing, and after walking around the national park we liked cooling off in the pool or sitting on the balcony to watch the monkeys that visit. Everyone was welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Vernita came over personally to greet us and make sure we had what we needed. Thanks to Vernita and Arun for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to visit again!

Vernita, who handles guest requests, was wonderful, always cheerful, prompt, and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, including a nice sitting area and kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We spent two days at Tico Tico and had a great time. It's clean and well organized, with a small kitchen if you want to cook. On our first day, we saw monkeys and a sloth on the property. Just great.

We've been here long term, over a month so far, and this is certainly one of the best places we've stayed in the area over the past two years. It's reasonably priced too. The owner and staff are kind and helpful. Finding this beautiful place feels like finding a secret treasure :) There's a bus stop right outside the entrance on the main road. The property is enclosed nicely, so it feels private. The large old trees feed the abundant wildlife passing through. Please don't feed any of it. That can put the animals, you, and the next people at risk. Admire them from a distance or go about your day. They can find plenty of food themselves, and need to stay wild to survive. The landscaping is gorgeous, and the property gets wonderful light. Everything is well maintained, including the pool, which was recently retiled and is clean and lovely. We've really loved staying here.
