Las Perlitas Boutique Hotel

This was just one night of our nine-day booking. We left first thing in the morning after barely sleeping, and booking somewhere else doubled our vacation costs. The room was tiny and gave us no privacy. Red ants were running up the walls and in the bed as soon as we arrived. The host had no other room for us. There were also spider webs under the bed, and one spider fell on my husband when he opened the curtain. The photos are very misleading. The door is a patio door that looks straight into another room and its door, and the pool is about the size of a hot tub. The host said he would refund us, but after we left he only returned 20% of what we'd paid for all nine days. He knew we hadn't taken photos, so we had no proof.

Beautiful and peaceful place, next to a field where horses and cattle roam. The beach and town are close enough, and the night sky is amazing.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and the hotel was cozy and well kept. The cleaning lady's attention to detail was lovely, from the folded towel swans to the paper flowers in the bathroom. Cedric, the manager, made our stay special with his warm, helpful manner. We had a fantastic visit and wanted to share our thanks, especially since the hotel is soon closing. We hope Cedric and the rest of the staff take their wonderful hospitality on to new adventures.

We stayed in the Toucan room for three weeks. It was roomy and comfortable, and Nila kept the rooms, apartments, and patios spotless with the loveliest smile. Cedric and Beatrice were such kind, friendly hosts and went out of their way to make our stay and the other guests' stays enjoyable. The pool was clean and a lovely place to spend the hot middle of the day. The rooms without their own kitchen can use a shared one, which had everything we needed to make small meals. Las Perlitas is at the edge of town beside a pasture with cows and horses. Downtown and the beach are about a 15-minute walk away, and the neighborhood is peaceful. There's a small convenience store five minutes away on foot, with a restaurant next to it. We've just returned home and are already hoping to come back to Samara next winter and stay at Las Perlitas again.
