We made a booking mistake, but the property replied quickly and helped us sort it out without extra charges or penalties. They were incredibly accommodating. We didn't stay this time, but we'll definitely use them when we return to San José. The way they handled this gives us confidence they run a great place. Thanks for being so kind. We really appreciate it and wish you all the best.

Our stay was peaceful, pleasant, and satisfying. The place has a beautiful, harmonious feel. I appreciated being allowed to stay at the residence until it was time to head to the airport.
