The room was spacious, lovely, and clean, and the staff were genuinely kind. They even helped me sort out my flight when I was trying to find a way out. I'd happily stay here again, 5+ stars all around!

I've stayed here several times for longer visits and never run into a problem. The rooms are really furnished apartments with kitchens, and there's staff around 24/7 who are always friendly and helpful. It's got that simple Costa Rican charm without touristy prices. I love this place.

The bathroom was dirty and there wasn't any soap, though at least the water was hot. Our apartment felt run down and unclean, with a huge cockroach right in the middle of the living room when we arrived. Cars passing all night made the noise awful. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Jennifer and the staff made sure our family of four had what we needed to be comfortable. The place is near the university and shopping, and it's easy to get an Uber anywhere. Thanks!
