The green room had everything I needed, from a kitchen and fridge to well-placed outlets, A/C, and ceiling fans. After a couple of days, it felt like my own apartment, and having the pool was a great bonus. I stayed at Principe Del Pacifico for two weeks and would absolutely return when I'm in ST. It's across the road from a beach entrance and near lots of good restaurants, cafes, and yoga. The road can bring some noise, and a nearby hostel has live music on weekends, though they stopped it by midnight. Even with that, the property felt like a peaceful oasis. The owners were helpful and quick to answer questions or offer local tips. Johanna, who handles housekeeping, is lovely. She sweeps and makes the bed daily, and laundry is available on request for $20 USD with same-day service.

We loved the atmosphere and the clean, nicely decorated rooms at Principe del Pacifico. Christian especially made us feel welcome and at home. He knows Santa Teresa really well, so ask him about hidden gems around ST. Grazie mille amigo!

The place was lovely and clean, and Christian was always nearby with helpful advice and great recommendations. Moving here from our previous hotel turned out to be the right call. Rosella responded quickly and let us check in early so we could leave the other hotel.

The courtyard is peaceful and clean, with a beautiful pool, and the owner is a kind, warm-hearted Italian who was always helpful with our questions about Santa Teresa. As a solo female traveler, I felt at home at Principe del Pacifico. I've visited Santa Teresa three times and tried countless hotels and Airbnb places, but this is my favorite. It's a one-minute walk to Santa Teresa beach, which I think is the best beach, and cafes and restaurants are all around. I'll stay here again next year. Whether you're traveling alone or with others, I think you'll be glad you chose it.

I wouldn't recommend this place. We checked in early after the manager messaged that the room was ready, but it was dirty: the fridge hadn't been cleaned, there was food in the sink, and a dead cockroach on the floor. The bed and towels were fresh, at least. When we asked for another cleaning, the manager argued with us and blamed us. It felt very unprofessional. We were unhappy enough to ask for a refund, and that turned into even more arguing. The rooms need a proper clean and a refresh, and ours looked different from the photos online. It was too expensive for what we got. For the same price, I booked a much nicer hotel with a better pool and breakfast included.
