Villas Solar

The covered patio was the one part we didn't love, because of the mosquitoes. With our four-month-old, we didn't want to use harsh chemicals, so we spent most of our cabin time indoors. Otherwise, the carambola cabin was great for our week-long stay. It was roomy and quiet even right off Santa Teresa's noisy Main Street, and the bedroom AC worked well. They had a pack and play for our baby. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom had what we needed. The beach is across the street, and a good local restaurant is close enough for the baby monitor to work there. We'd recommend Villas Solar if you're staying in Santa Teresa.

You can easily get around without a car from this place, right in the center of Santa Teresa. There are plenty of breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices within 100 meters, and the beach is also a 100 meter walk, with a great surf break and lots of people. Our huge two-bedroom apartment was comfortable, cool, and well appointed. It was quiet, and the full kitchen was well equipped. This is a very comfortable option for the price and location.

The accommodations matched the listing and photos, and I'd definitely stay here again. The place felt secure, so I didn't have to worry about my rental car or leaving things out. The programmable digital safe was a nice touch. Having a caretaker on site was helpful, and the cleaning staff did a great job without intruding. The owner was easy to deal with and gave good suggestions for places to eat and things to do.

We had a lovely stay while visiting our son. Greg, the owner, and his team were incredibly helpful throughout. It's a convenient spot in the center of Santa Teresa, with a great two-bedroom apartment rental.
