Lovely staff, and the cabinas are new and comfortable. You can swim, eat local food, and even have coffee grown right on-site. The best!

I had some really nice days at the property, eating out, getting takeout, and cooking in the cabin. The cabin owner was professional, pleasant, polite, and attentive from the first contact. The bar and restaurant were a very different experience, though. The owner, who was supposed to serve us, showed us a menu and then left without asking what we wanted. He had a beer in the back and went to attend to a group in the patio, who we assumed were friends of his, and never came back. It felt disrespectful, and it’s no excuse that he didn’t know whether we were staying in the cabins. We were told the bar owner is the cabin owner’s brother. The pool was dirty and greenish, so we didn’t use it. That lack of attention and the pool were disappointing.

The cabin was in good shape, with drinking water, a fridge, basic appliances, and a pleasant atmosphere. Getting there was a concern, though. The gravel road isn’t suitable for every vehicle and may be tricky, especially on a motorcycle or in a car with a small engine, because it can skid. The restaurant was a huge disappointment when we visited: it was dirty and in very poor condition, with no staff available to serve breakfast. The pool was neglected and had toads in it, which left a very negative impression. I wouldn’t come back.
