Sunrise Condominiums is on the quieter side of town, but close enough to go out and people-watch. The pool was fantastic, and the beach is just steps away. There's no bar, but we didn't need one with a stocked fridge in the unit and a convenience store across the street. The condos are really nice without being over-the-top fancy. Our unit, #25, was better than expected because it had laundry, even though the website said that was off-site. After we moved here from the Penthouse at Pacific Park, the kids' moods improved a lot, and we figured the pool had something to do with it. The grounds were a favorite. Wifi and mobile service were patchy because of the location and walls, which only affected our video calls home. Bedroom wifi was 10mbps up and down. Cellular data was 30mbps up and 0.18mbps down on Verizon US, though I'm not sure who they use locally. We also liked having a water cooler in the unit, convenient and a way to save a few bucks.

We had a top-floor room with a beautiful ocean view, and the pool was fabulous. Since it was low season, we practically had it to ourselves. The security guys were friendly and helpful. Loved staying here, highly recommend.

The rooms have plenty of space, with great views and a big swimming pool. The location also makes it easy to get to activities around the area. You'll hear and see howler monkeys, but they won't keep you awake.

Everything was super clean, and the grounds crew did a great job keeping the secure buildings well maintained. You're right where you need to be, with clubs and shops a short walk away and a grocery store at the doorstep. 10/10 recommend!
