Isla Azul Costa Blanca

The rooms were unbelievably noisy, with walls like cardboard. There were no glass windows, only large louvers, and the water was barely warm. Bathroom fixtures were rusty and moldy. The whole stay was awful, a real disgrace. The tour operator who dropped me here gave me a full refund and compensation for what they called "lost enjoyment of my vacation." You usually get very little back for complaints like this, especially since minor defects are already common to expect in Cuba.

The hotel is small and cozy, right in the shopping center of the Camagueyanos urve. The service was excellent.

A low-category hotel, but it works as a decent option if you're just passing through the city.

Really, there's nothing special about it. Just somewhere to sit for a bit and have a michelada.
