Gran Muthu Almirante Beach

This was my fourth visit in four years, and I travel here with my family every time. It keeps exceeding my expectations and feels like coming home. The hotel is spotless and comfortable, and the staff everywhere are friendly and happy to help. On three visits now, I've been lucky to have Magdelin as my housekeeper. She takes real pride in her work, goes the extra mile, and adds thoughtful little touches and surprises each day. All the housekeepers are wonderful. At the buffet, Arnold Esposito feels like a brother to me. He greets you warmly, takes great care of what you need, and switches easily between English, French, and Spanish. Every meal is better with him there. The front desk makes a great first impression. Elizbieta, Dorian, and Arletti always welcome people professionally and warmly, with genuine smiles that make you feel valued. Lisandra and Mabel at customer service are cheerful, attentive, and ready to sort out any issues. The people here are why I keep coming back, and I plan to continue.

At Gran Muthu Almirante in Holguin, the beach was amazing, and the food was plentiful and great. Our modern rooms were beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and had great AC. The staff were especially lovely at the buffet restaurant and rooftop café/bar. A big thank you to our buffet waiters Aimelis, Jorge and Jose for being so friendly, attentive, and helpful, especially with our little girls, who could be pretty loud customers.

We had a great stay at Grand Muthu Elmirante Resort. The staff were excellent, friendly, and always helpful; there was good entertainment around the resort, and we liked the lobby and beach bars. The beach was beautiful and well looked after, with plenty of beds available. Our rooms were clean and in great condition. The buffet was very good, and we also had excellent meals at both the Asian and Indian restaurants. Before we left, I emailed to ask for connecting rooms and got a quick reply. Check-in was easy, and the rooms we requested were ready when we arrived. Special thanks to the front desk manager, Elisbieta Ramirez Mosquera, for her professional help. We were very satisfied and will definitely return.

The resort sits right beside a clean, white-sand beach, with a lovely view of the infinity pool. The 24/7 snack bar was handy, especially for its chicken sandwich and sweet potato chips. Around the resort, the small town has restaurant options and beautiful mountain views. Staff were kind and professional, always smiling, and we were pleased with the room service, facilities, buffet, and restaurant service. After talking with Luxy in customer service, we learned about the VIP upgrade option for our next visit. She was informative and helpful, and we'll reach out to her when we come back.
