The penthouse and pool were awesome, and everything was super clean. Roly and the staff are the best, the service was awesome too. They made my trip to Cuba excellent. Highly recommend.

The apartments are comfortable and have excellent customer service, with spectacular city views. This real estate agency is in the heart of Vedado. The building has a shared pool that's in very good shape and always clean, and the common areas are kept clean too. Each apartment has its own parking space, though they're close together, so take care not to hit a column. The apartments all have air conditioning and hot and cold water in the bathrooms and kitchen.

A distinctive building in Cuba, set on a large cantilever and intended for offices and apartment rentals. I think it was well designed and executed for this urban setting.
