Neil was professional and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The casa is lovely and well placed, with Havana Vieja's attractions all within walking distance. Breakfast was good too. Still, I found it overpriced. Other casas nearby cost much less, and some even had wifi.
Lourdes, Oscar, and Carlos were so warm, and the service was a 10/10. They helped my wife and me arrange transport and get access to services we couldn't have managed on our own. The breakfast and room were more than fine, but their kindness stood out even more. Thank you so much!
