Casa Buenos Aires

We stayed a few nights while exploring Havana. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a short city break. Breakfast on the rooftop was generous and a great way to start the day. The staff were exceptional, very friendly, and eager to help with any questions. We're glad we'll be staying again after our round trip. Just be prepared for some nighttime noise in the city center.

That sunrise from the balcony was something special. My brother and I spent five days here and had a great stay, with clean air-conditioned rooms and lovely staff. Breakfast came with fresh juice, jam, bread and eggs. There are restaurants just around the corner, shops for water and snacks nearby, and Havana’s historic center is an easy walk.

We ended up coming back to Casa Buenos Aires after our first three days, staying another four days the following week. The house has a lot of character and feels comfortable, but the family and staff are what made the stay for us. They were always there when we needed help. Janet and her family made it easy to enjoy Havana as guests, not just tourists. We were in touch on Whatsapp for weeks before arriving, and they answered our questions quickly and in detail. They arranged airport transfers, a Cabaret show and a day trip to Viñales, and everything went as promised. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Staying at "Buenos Aires" became a big part of our Cuba trip, and we’re looking forward to returning.

The beds were really comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. We spent five nights at Casa Buenos Aires and were welcomed by a very friendly family. We came from England and had an easy, enjoyable stay. I’d recommend it over a big hotel if, like me, you’re hoping for a slightly more authentic feel for Havana.
