The hosts made our stay especially easy. They cooked a lovely breakfast and helped us sort out taxis, places to eat, and a money exchange. The rooftop has great views across the crumbling city, and we felt safe and comfortable there. The location is handy for walking to Old Havana, and everything was spotlessly clean and air conditioned. Beds are basic but comfortable. The private bathroom had occasional brief drops in water pressure, and you'll need to bring your own soap and shampoo, though towels and toilet paper are provided. There are some steep stairs that may not work for everyone. I'd definitely stay again.

The breakfast was delicious, and the family were lovely. It's a handy place to start exploring Habana and the rest of Cuba, with clean rooms and a walk of about 10 minutes to Habana Vieja. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Dayami or another family member can pick you up at the airport if you want, and they gave us useful advice for our time in Habana and Cuba.

The owners are so welcoming and helpful, and the price felt like good value. It's a very large house with simple rooms that have everything you need. There's also a fantastic second-floor terrace where you can have breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.
