The breakfast felt made with love, and the place felt really safe. Casa Factoria is well located, and the hosts were so hospitable. I'm very pleased and grateful to have stayed here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Cuba.

Dailen and Santiago were friendly and happy to accommodate us. The roof terrace was a lovely place to relax in the evening. The room is basic, but just right for two, and the price is very reasonable. It's outside Old Havana, though an easy 10-15 minute walk away. I liked that the area gave us a chance to spend time somewhere more local while still being able to visit the tourist spots. Breakfast is available for a small charge of 5 CUC, and there's plenty of it. I'd happily stay again.

The room is big, cool and just right, and the pool is nice, though pretty warm, which isn't really what you need more of in this city. Breakfast was tasty, and the owner is extremely nice and gives lots of compliments. The Wi-Fi is bad, but that's Havana, and it worked well enough for basic things like TikTok. The location is good, even if the street has some piles of trash, which seems common in Havana. Quite a unique place.

We were so lucky to find this place, and wished we'd booked earlier. The host has a big heart for guests, and was super kind and attentive. It's clean and neat, with space for 2-3 people. Book ahead, it goes quickly.
