Marilin Reyna was a lovely hostess who made things easy and convenient, and the hosts were cordial. There’s security and tourist information for the area, too. It’s a terrific place to stay in Havana Vieja, though Spanish is the only language spoken in the house.
The casa’s breakfast was incredibly tasty, and getting to try local honey was a real treat. Our host was wonderful, and we enjoyed the stay a lot. It’s near the city center, and the security situation doesn’t affect it too badly. You can have a drink to your heart’s content and walk back, and the early morning is especially nice for a stroll. The shower pressure is a little weak, but reasonable. They can also lend you a scale to weigh your suitcase if you ask. A hospitable casa that I’d highly recommend.
The breakfast Marilyn made for us was delicious, even better than what you’d get at a 5-star hotel. We stayed three nights at this Havana guesthouse, where the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Marilyn was attentive to her guests and gave excellent service. Her dedication really shows.
I've been here twice now. The place is very clean, and the people are kind and really nice. Excellent service.
Cleaning was very poor, and there was very little hygiene. This place was a disappointment.
