Jorge made me feel at home from start to finish. I was traveling alone in Cuba for the first time, and he was available and helpful whatever came up. The flat is in one of Havana’s safest neighborhoods, with everything you need close by.
The breakfast had tasty fresh fruit and vegetables, and Jorge and his family were always around if we needed help. I felt at home staying with them, and would definitely recommend the place. The house is well situated, about a 20-minute walk from the city center, with the university right next door, a good balance for students and tourists. I’d definitely come back. Thanks, see you! ^^!!
I felt very happy here. The family are lovely, and it’s a really good place. I miss Cuba and Casa Serendipia too. Happy New Year, see you soon!
Jorge was away, so Pavel welcomed us and treated us like two more members of the family. The house has all the comforts we needed, including air conditioning, a fridge in the room, and comfortable beds, and it’s in a fairly quiet area. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the city center and roughly the same to Plaza de la Revolución. We’d certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Havana.
Coming back each day from exploring Havana, we were always welcomed by Pavel’s smile and attentiveness. Jorge was away, but Pavel made sure we had everything we needed. Such a pleasure staying with them. I’d happily return. Thanks so much, guys. Hugs, Oscar
