Four Points By Sheraton Havana

The breakfast bar was amazing, and the pool was really well looked after. Our room was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and the price was great. The staff were so friendly and made our trip even better. Just be aware the power or elevators may cut out now and then, though it never lasted more than four minutes. Thanks to everyone, we’ll be back!

For Cuba, this was amazing. I stayed one night at the start of my tour. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had an upscale look, with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast had lots of variety and was very large, including a pancake bar. It’s a “5 star” hotel, but in the Cuba sense.

I loved Havana, but I won’t stay here again. The room fridge didn’t work, and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. We could have put up with most of it for a short visit, but as a family of four we reported the door on our first evening. The reception manager said it would be fixed the next morning or we’d be moved to another room. Neither happened. At checkout, a very rude guy at reception blamed us for it. Outrageous. The hotel itself is pleasant enough, but badly worn and in need of a lot of work. There were stains on the walls from old leaks. The staff were helpful in some ways, though they seemed miserable.

We were in Havana for a Mission/Baseball trip and had a great time, with another first class stay at 4 Points by Sheraton. Manager Jesus and his Staff deserve a big thank you for the outstanding service. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms were extremely clean, and breakfast was super. I highly recommend this Hotel.
