Javier and Juan Carlos made sure I had the best birthday, and the two main managers were so friendly and helpful. The whole staff were kind, helped arrange taxis, made cocktails, and shared great tips for restaurants and places to see. They even let us check in much earlier than usual to fit our flight. The breakfasts were amazing, and the rooftop was a lovely spot for them and for cocktails. Our room was spotless, and the hotel had a beautiful antique look. We loved staying here and highly recommend it.

JM7 felt like coming home after each of our trips. We spent six nights there as our base in Cuba, including visits to Vinales and Tranidad, and were always glad to return. The staff arranged rides to other parts of the country, and the taxi drivers were on time and reasonably priced. Our Executive King Suite was next door to the main building, with a separate living room and a nice couch and chairs. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was good, and the elegant, spacious room had high ceilings and French doors. The hotel is at the edge of old Havana by the waterfront, so it's easy to walk around but quiet in the evenings. My husband and I were so glad we booked this boutique hotel. It's been tastefully renovated. Book directly with the hotel, I'm sure they'll happily match a price listed on another website.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy, relaxing feel. I had a fantastic stay at Jesus Maria 7 and would highly recommend it. I can't wait to come back!
