17 Jan 2026, 1 week. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, and the staff around the hotel were always ready to help. At the snack bar, the service was especially attentive. The receptionist checked us in quickly, so we could get straight to our comfortable room with beautiful views. It was kept clean and tidy every day. Special thanks to the staff who made our holiday so happy and memorable: Sady Receptionist, Lucizano Bell boy, Alex Barman, Wicho Waitor, Diana Chambermaid, Jorge Pool snack bar, and Gilberto Front desk Manager.

The rooftop restaurant food was excellent, and the pool was an absolute joy. We had very comfortable beds and stunning views from our room. The decor is beautiful, and the staff are lovely, professional, and friendly. Thank you, Hotel Sevilla staff, for making this such an amazing experience. If you get the chance to visit, you won’t be disappointed. 🥰🙏

Yuri and Evelio made a real difference to our time in Havana. They were kind, ready to help, and gave us excellent tips about the city. We were five girls traveling together, and the whole staff took great care of us from the moment we arrived. We’re grateful for all their support and hospitality. They made our stay at Hotel Sevilla Havana feel like home and made it unforgettable. 🇨🇺❤️
