Sarita Rooms

We felt safe walking back late in the evening, thanks in part to the location near a main street and the sea walkway. The place was clean, the staff friendly, and having air conditioning was a real plus. Breakfast is included, with fresh fruit, omelette, coffee and juice or smoothie. This was the only place we stayed in Havana, but other travelers told us its breakfast was especially good by comparison.

The staff were kind and accommodating, and their hospitality made me feel at home. I found the place clean and safe, too. It’s in a great spot, a few blocks from El Malecón (the harbor), in the heart of the old Havana, near downtown, and about a 10 minute drive from the beach. I really enjoyed my time here. :)

Sarita runs a lovely Havana Casa Particular, with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in Cuba. A great bed and breakfast, and the rooms in Havana are excellent.

The room had air conditioning, and breakfast came with inventive combinations of juice, omelette, toast, and fresh fruit. The hosts were friendly, the location was superb, and the value was outstanding.
