I’m sharing this from the perspective of someone who works in tourism, and these are my objective comments. The house and rooms are very clean. It's in Miramar, right at the far end of the area, so the neighborhood is quiet, though you won't see much local life. If you want a relaxing stay, this could suit you, but don't expect to have fun at the house: the owners don't allow parties or music, and the rule is silence. A few things to know: internet is available for 25 CUC per day, but it's not fast. They may charge 20-25 CUC for each taxi ride arranged through the staff, while a taxi from the street is normally 5-10 CUC. Drinks from the bar cost twice as much as outside, and you can't bring your own drinks into the house. The kitchen is strictly off limits, seriously, no joke. Breakfast is very basic, with eggs, coffee, juice, and fruit. If all that works for you, enjoy your holiday.
