Villa El Eden

One of the best Airbnb spots you can find in Cuba, probably.

Really awesome!

The guest rooms are at the back of the ground floor, while the upper part of the house is private. We were there for three nights in February 2026. The beach is beautiful, and the sea is too; it's about a 15-minute walk, with a few little restaurants along the road. Walk along the beach or take the road for a little over an hour and you'll reach the neighboring village, which was almost entirely deserted. Two women took turns making breakfast. The first was warm and helpful, but the second came across more like an instructor at a military academy. We also had two days and nights without electricity, so there was no hot water either.

After three weeks in Cuba, we spent our final two days here with the kids, and Glenda looked after us so well. We could unwind in the pool, in the big garden beneath the palms, or in the roomy bedrooms. It's a peaceful, welcoming place close to a lovely beach, with good bus links to Havana.
