The patio or terrace is where they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and both the food and the room were B+. This is a small retro place right in central Las Tunas, with a 1950s time-warp feel and a restoration sometime in the last decade. If you're used to the usual US or European hotel service, adjust your expectations. Cuba is a poor island, and outside the entrance you'll see prostitutes and people asking for handouts to get by.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but ate at the outdoor restaurant. The wait for food was extremely long, and the staff weren't friendly. It seemed the Cuban workers there didn't realize that being kind can bring in a lot of tips, which is extra money they could really use.

The park stays noisy until around 3 a.m., with people apparently not needing to work the next day. It's too loud at night. If you're driving a rental car, be careful where you leave it.

Pretty decent, and the price was cheap.

The receptionist and night staff were a 10, and breakfast was fine. But the manager kept us waiting for two hours because she couldn't figure out where the eDreams reservation had come from, so I couldn't rate the service higher. The stay itself was horrible. The street noise and heat made sleep difficult, the A/C ran without really cooling the room, and the mattress was awful.
