The shop in the lobby had shut for a rest, and Yaquelin, the receptionist, had gone to lunch. There was just a man at reception, and he couldn't help with anything. We eventually gave up and left, deciding not to spend our time or money there. I'd brought around 16/20 family members to use the pool for a few hours, and we'd been told to bring our own drinks because the bar was out of stock. It felt like a disgusting, unprofessional place.

It's a great place, but it needs better management and construction.

A horrible, run-down place that feels dated.

You can end up without electricity, water, or food here, so bring a flashlight, water, and your own food if you're staying. The employees aren't to blame, so complaining to them won't help.
