We missed our flight to Boa Vista because of Cabo Verde Airlines, and the accommodation did nothing to help us cancel our stay. Friends of ours in Spain faced the same situation and were allowed to cancel for free. We asked the accommodation to understand what had happened, but they still charged us the full amount. I absolutely do not recommend it.

The apartment was a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening beer, with a sea view and the beach clubs on one side and town close by on the other. We had a great week here in late November. The beds were comfortable, and it stayed cool at night without the fan. We could leave the windows open because the fly screens kept mosquitoes out. There was building work behind the apartment, so the noise could bother people in the morning. We were already awake, so it wasn't an issue for us. Thanks for giving us a week away from winter :)

Ayana was such a kind, friendly host. My room was on the top floor, with a large terrace and an amazing view. It had a simple, comfortable surf-house feel. I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The apartment itself was really nice, and I'd choose it over a hotel any time. Booking went smoothly, and the airport transfer was as expected. They even gave us a phone for local calls, like arranging taxis.

The apartments were lovely, with friendly, helpful staff. It's only a short walk to the center of Sal Rei and very close to the beach.
