Giuseppe, the manager, and his staff took care of every request right away. He was always friendly and helpful, and the staff kept a close eye on the entrance and gave us information whenever we needed it. The apartment had all the comforts we needed, including air conditioning and a kitchen. It’s an excellent property, just a few steps from Santa Maria’s main street, with a rooftop pool.

Giuseppe and his team were always available. They arranged our airport transfers in both directions and organized a tour of the island. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a lovely sea-view terrace. It’s in a great spot near the center of s.Maria, just a few minutes’ walk away. Highly recommended!

The place was clean, well cared for, and fully equipped, with restaurants, grocery shops, and taxis close by. It’s centrally located near the beach and Santa Maria’s pedestrian street. Communicating with Giuseppe was easy and efficient. Lambert was always so friendly and available, shared lots of tips, and made our stay more special. I highly recommend this place. Giuseppe was a friendly host who was easy to reach, and Lambert kindly helped whenever we had questions. If we go back to Sal, I’ll definitely book with Giuseppe again. My boyfriend and I stayed in Giuseppe’s apartment for a week in October 2024. It’s spacious and clean, in a quiet spot close to both the beach and the town center, with all its shops and restaurants. The roomy roof terrace looks out over the ocean, and the bakery and supermarkets are within walking distance.
