We had a horrible experience with the management, especially mr. higino. They were rude and showed no care for customers at all. We had to check out and find another hotel.

The delicious breakfast and the very friendly, helpful staff were real highlights during my three nights here. I can recommend the hotel, but I couldn’t give it five stars because the bathroom wasn’t clean and definitely needs an upgrade. The lobby also needs air conditioning.

The balcony had a beautiful view, and the room was clean and good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed two nights, and it worked well for a few days. The food was okay, and breakfast was simple but good.

I had a wonderful stay thanks to Jay, Elisa, and the whole staff. Jay, you’re the best. Thanks for always sorting things out and taking care of me. Love, Alicia ❤️

The dinner portions were huge, and the tuna was good. I had a big room with a nice high bed, and the service was helpful. Some of the staff had trouble with English and French.
