PM78 Boutique Apartments

Our ground floor apartment was fantastic, with a pool and an exit to the sea. It was spacious, with a large terrace, and there were parking spots on the street. Nice restaurants and shops were within walking distance. We’ll definitely come back.

We spent a week in the Ocean View Loft over New Years 2024 and had a great time. For the money, it’s the best value we found on the island. The interior was great, and the view was worth a billion dollars. Parking was pretty easy even during peak vacation time, though at most we had about a five minute walk, which is Pietermaai for you. The only drawbacks were that the place was cleaned just once, on the second day of our eight night stay, and one window had no glass, so the fireworks around New Years were LOUD. The 5* / Private pool apartment on the first floor was a nice, clean space with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the AC was good, and the shower had good water pressure. We enjoyed the outdoor area and pool, and snorkeled right outside. It’s in the heart of Willemstad. The pool wasn’t really usable, though, since stray dogs used it for baths and there were lots of mosquitoes. There was no microwave or TV, either. I would stay again, but I’ll check whether they have a microwave first.

Leon is a very responsive host, and the apartment had what we needed for coffee on the balcony in the morning. The tap water is fresh and tastes great. It’s close to everything, with easy walks into the city for shopping and sightseeing. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Curacao.
