Baoase Luxury Resort

I’d gladly return, especially to see Melvin, Lars and mio again. Are they still on the team? They always made the experience feel special. Baoase Luxury Resort feels genuinely private and peaceful, with carefully maintained facilities and service that’s polished but still warm. The attention to detail was clear from arrival, and the atmosphere lived up to its high standards. It’s one of Curaçao’s most special places for anyone who values quality and discretion. Thanks for keeping things at such a consistently high level. I recommend it with confidence.

That “Italian night” at the Baoase resort sunset deck restaurant was a letdown. We only went for dinner and didn’t stay at the hotel. The setting is lovely, but the meal was nowhere near worth the price. The pizza seemed like frozen pizza, the arrabiatta sauce tasted canned and had far too much chili, and the fettucine was falling apart from being overcooked. We also ordered carbonara, which tasted like butter and pasta. Wine was costly too. A bottle of Whispering Angel, a pretty “meh” but safe rosé, was around $130, though it’s about $20 at a grocery store. For a $700 dinner, I’d choose a random Italian place for $25 instead. Calling this an Italian night is a shame.

Indian Night was a real highlight for us. The food was full of flavor and beautifully served, and having dinner by the beach made for a memorable evening. The whole property is lovely, from the private beach and pool to the restaurant and bar, and it feels calm and intimate. Anthony, the manager, was warm and professional, and clearly cared about making sure guests were looked after. My wife especially enjoyed chatting with Joey at the bar. He was engaging and friendly, and made us feel like regulars. The service and upkeep were excellent throughout, and the resort exceeded what we expected. It was one of our best vacations. We’d recommend Baoase Luxury Resort and are already hoping to return.

We spent the day there for my husband’s birthday, and the staff made it special. Lionel, Theresa, Bjorn, and Andreen were attentive and helpful, and the chef made great food. The day pass covered the beach, lagoon, a three-course lunch, water, chaise lounges, and use of kayaks and other water toys. Baoase has a really Zen feel. Thanks for a lovely day!
