Bed & Bike Curacao - Jan Thiel

It was just what I needed for a good time: colorful little houses, a pool, a restaurant with delicious food, and a small shop. There’s free parking and Wi-Fi, and the rooms have new air conditioning. The only drawback is the beach is a bit away, though it’s only a three-minute drive. It’s peaceful and quiet, and I’d recommend it.

It’s a friendly place to meet other travelers, with nice rooms and clean restrooms. The staff were welcoming too. It’s one of the island’s few hostels, and I think it could be the best. Getting there from the airport isn’t ideal, and the location isn’t the greatest. I’d suggest renting a scooter through Rainbow Rentals, since they’ll give you a good deal.

The food was absolutely delicious, and I really liked the quiet but lovely atmosphere. The staff were helpful and sweet. I’d definitely stay at the hostel again. 🙂🙏

The location is rough, with only one bus serving the area and it comes once every two hours. Otherwise, there are just two restaurants nearby. Management also showed no understanding about extenuating circumstances. The bed curtain is sheer, so it doesn’t give privacy or block the light. There are no bathroom outlets, paper towels, or soap. The shower setup is poor too, and anything that can’t be hung up gets wet.
