Champartments Resort - Villa & Appartementen Dom Perignon

The customer service from the owner, SASKIA, was absolutely appalling. We rented the entire villa for a wedding because it was described as luxurious, but it was far from that. There were only four poor sun loungers for the 18 guests listed. The outdoor wooden seating was filthy, and the covers were dirty too. The toaster, kettle, and cooker were full of ants and earwig-like insects. The swing materials were broken and tied in knots, so it couldn't be used. There was no washing machine, which seems especially disappointing for a villa described as luxurious in a rural area. We were told it was broken and that a replacement was on the way, but it never arrived. The teenagers in our group had a television in each room, but none of them worked. KLM changed our flights, so we asked how much two extra days would cost if we needed them. We hadn't confirmed the extension, but the owner took the cost of those two nights from our deposit and never returned it. My mother also had a terrible accident at the pool, which is dangerous for small children. I wouldn't recommend this place. Stay clear.
