NÔA curacao

The amenities were fabulous, and the rooms were very clean and cozy. The maintenance guy was friendly and quickly brought us more coffee pods when we ran out. We also had to buy more bathroom toiletries and paper towels, but that wasn't a big deal. We later found out room service is provided for stays over 9 days. We'd still rate the place 5 stars, but here's a heads-up: we weren't prepared for there to be no towel service or room service. Towels and beach towels were provided, but after washing them they wouldn't dry by the next day because there was no dryer, just an outdoor clothes hanger. It rained one night, and everything we left outside got wet even under the canopy, as the rain came in hard. Parking is on the street for any car larger than a small two-door car. It felt safe and was easy to park out front.

The apartment was clean and nicely kept, and the staff showed us around when we arrived. I hadn’t realized the outlets were different from those in the US, but one staff member kindly lent me adapters for our stay. When my friend plugged something in, the power went out. We couldn’t reach the host, and after about an hour another guest suggested ringing the bell at the front desk. They also brought me a mirror for the room since the only others were in the bathroom and a small one in the living room. The place itself had a lovely look.

Linda was friendly, accommodating, and easy to reach whenever we needed something. We loved being able to walk to a supermarket and a food truck, and the property itself was gorgeous and had all the apartment essentials. We had a wonderful four nights at Nôa and hope to stay again when I’m next in Curacąo.

The place felt brand new and came with all the home appliances, plus a pool. There’s good parking and it’s an easy drive from the airport. Beaches are nearby but you’ll need to drive, while restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance.
