Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down. Parties and noise from inconsiderate tenants go on all night, and our neighborhood has been turned into a tourist area. They charge for parking, but nobody pays, and everyone parks in front of our house.

It's a clean, high-quality apartment building and a decent place overall. The seats aren't comfortable, though, and they could provide a different parking option because the lot is unusable.

The apartment itself is not bad, but the staff didn't do anything to resolve the bedding problems, and two people just couldn't sleep properly here. I give it a 1. Apartment 101 had terrible conditions for sleeping. The bed is only 1.40 m wide, and its headboard wobbles and dangles. The pillows feel like they're made of some kind of fabric, so sleeping on them was impossible. There wasn't a proper blanket, just a 1.40 m decorative bedspread that couldn't cover two people. When I complained, they said there was another blanket in the closet, but that was another decorative bedspread too. Sleeping under those is impossible, and I don't know whether they're even washed. The service felt completely indifferent.
