The hotel itself is beautiful and its facilities are excellent, but our day-pass experience at Amara was disappointing and didn't feel in keeping with the luxury setting. My girlfriend arrived in her Ferrari before her friend and was told at reception that she could pay for the pass near the pool. When she went to the bar to order a coffee while waiting, the pool manager, Shady?, spoke to her abruptly and sent her back to reception to pay first. She did so straight away and bought a €100 pass. Once her friend arrived, they settled on poolside sun loungers. The same manager soon told them day-pass visitors weren't allowed in that area and needed to stay on a grassy section farther from the pool. That restriction hadn't been made clear beforehand, which was surprising given the price. Later, while the two friends were taking ordinary pictures of each other on their phones, he approached again and said “commercial photography” wasn't allowed. They were just taking personal photos, as many guests do. These interactions were what let the visit down. Clearer communication and a more courteous approach would have helped them feel welcome and respected. I hope management takes the feedback constructively, because the property deserves service that matches its impressive surroundings.

Our gallery space near the lobby will remain open for visitors interested in viewing or acquiring works from the KAPOPOULOS FINE ARTS gallery. Ms. Edita warmly welcomes art lovers and collectors to drop in and see the collection at their convenience. We recently held our latest exhibition at Amara Hotel, and the event went smoothly from the planning through its final day. The hotel offered an elegant, flexible setting suited to the exhibition, while the team supported us with responsive coordination and care, from setup through the guest experience. Our visitors also commented on the warm welcome and thoughtful organization. We're grateful to the whole team for their dedication and service. Amara Hotel has proved a strong venue for sophisticated exhibitions and cultural events as well as a place to relax, and we look forward to working together again.

Maria, the Front Desk Manager, deserves a special thank you. She was warm, professional, and attentive, and made everything feel personal and easy. The hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful, with excellent service throughout. We came away feeling relaxed and looked after, and are already looking forward to returning.

We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna during our winter stay. The hotel was spotless, with lovely facilities, a beautiful room, and a breathtaking view of the sea. Breakfast was among the best we've had. Everyone was kind and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Olga at reception gave us a particularly warm, thoughtful welcome. We'd love to come back in summer.

The spacious, elegant room was very comfortable for our family, and the sea view was breathtaking. From arrival onward, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Everything felt peaceful and luxurious, with flawless service, a lovely atmosphere, and attention to detail. It was a memorable stay, and we'll definitely be back in summer.
