The pool was kept clean, and the people there were really nice. We stayed from October to December for two months, paying 600 Euro a month for a pleasant apartment in a quiet spot, about five minutes from the beach. Our landlord looked after us, and when we needed something from Alpha Mega, she even drove us to the supermarket. There were cats around too, so if you love cats, you’ll like it here. We could easily have stayed longer. We thought it was a great apartment, and from our perspective Limassol is the best place to live in Cyprus.

For a studio in Limassol, this is one of the better options, with reasonable prices. The beach is just a three minute walk away, and there’s parking. Inside are a double bed, plasma TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower.

The owner was lovely, and I’d definitely recommend the place. I stayed for 10 days in a very comfortable studio with a nice sea view from the balcony. It had everything I needed apart from a microwave.

The view is nice, and the apartment itself is decent and basic. But the outside of the building is falling apart, so I wouldn’t call it four or five star.
