Polyxeni Hotel Apartments

A comfortable, very nice apartment with a good pool. The parking is close by, and there’s a supermarket right across the street. The kitchen had all the things we needed.

After checkout, I realized I’d left two shirts in the closet and called within a couple of days. At first they said the room had stayed vacant and they’d ask the cleaning staff. I called at least four more times, but got no return call or update. On my last try, the owner was rude and unprofessional, suggested I was lying or that my companions had taken my own shirts, sarcastically asked, “Should I kill the cleaner?” and hung up. I got no apology, acknowledgment or compensation. This was unacceptable, and I strongly advise against staying at Polyxeni Hotel Apartments. The room didn’t feel properly clean when we arrived. We’d booked for four people, but the so-called sofa bed was just an uncomfortable couch and wasn’t suitable for sleeping well. The shower head was broken and couldn’t be hung up, so we had to hold it. The overhead shower was useless because there wasn’t enough pressure to get hot water through.

Paul and the staff gave excellent service. The room was huge, spotless and very well equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A real hidden gem in a great part of Limassol.

There’s plenty of food and drink service around the pool, with lots of sunbeds and a couple of TVs showing football. Rooms are spacious, clean and have fully equipped kitchens. Friendly staff, lots of dining choices nearby, and parking on site.
