The Royal Casino is a must see, and the complex is very large. The rooms are spacious and modern, there’s a good variety of food, and customer service is top notch. Truly an amazing place, easily the best hotel on the island. Highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed here many times over the past year, but this latest visit was a letdown. Several requests got incomplete or unsatisfactory replies, and the staff seemed indifferent, as though we were bothering them. The warmth and professionalism I’d come to expect were missing, and the service was noticeably poor. After how different it felt from my earlier stays, I’m hesitant to recommend the hotel until these service problems improve. 😣

Everything was spotless and shining, and the hotel smelled fresh. The main restaurant deserves all the praise for the food, which was delicious and beautifully arranged. Staff were always ready to help. I’ll definitely come back.

The casino is one of the island’s best, with an elegant, lively atmosphere that makes for a memorable night out. The hotel also offers luxurious rooms, world class service, and careful attention to detail. One of Cyprus’s top rated places.

I loved the cigar shop inside the hotel. My room was spotless and comfortable, a nice place to unwind after a busy day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and made sure my needs were taken care of.
