Everything was within walking distance, and our hosts were genuinely friendly. The apartment was very, very clean, with plenty of space. A lovely option for staying near the centre of Ayia Napa. I'd definitely recommend it.

We were there for nine nights, and although towels and sheets are usually changed only for stays of 12+ nights, they offered a complimentary change when we asked. We could also use their washing machine. Communication was excellent, and everyone was polite and helpful. The room matched the online pictures and was very clean, with everything we needed: a toaster, fridge, microwave, stove, bowls, and pans. There's a bus stop two minutes away, a car rental next door, and restaurants and fast food places 5-10 minutes away on foot. We didn't hear noise from the clubs or pubs. The only drawback was the ground-floor balcony view, which faced plants and construction stuff, though the balcony itself was spacious and nice. Highly recommend!

The apartments are very clean, fully equipped, and really close to the beach. Mike was an excellent, welcoming host who helped with anything we needed. A very good place to stay in Ayia Napa.

We arrived too early, but the owner was so nice and helpful and found a way for us to pass the time while we waited for the room. We'll definitely come back.

My favourite place to stay in Ayia Napa.
