The location is quiet and away from the clubs, though you can walk to them in five minutes. The problem is that people have pre-drinks parties in rooms here and in nearby hotels, so the music can be just as loud. The staff don’t seem to care, and the noise feels like a way to push you into paying for AC, which is the only way to sleep with the windows shut, especially on the top floor. It costs 6€ for one week or 10€ for both, with a seven-night minimum, so it’s not really optional. There isn’t proper hot water. It seems to be heated by the sun, so there’s no hot water in the morning or evening, when you need it. If you’re active and make the most of the day, forget about the bar, pool and breakfast: they open after 9.30 and close not long after 6. Attention to detail is poor too. Staff smoke at reception, the key didn’t work properly, there was rubbish in the corridors, and room service came only now and then.

There are teenagers everywhere, but the pool is good for chilling and getting over a hangover. They also serve nice cold drinks, snacks and sandwiches. It’s cheap to stay and pretty close to all the clubs, restaurants and bars. The downside is that they don’t change the towels, bedding or toilet paper.

The room looked and smelled bad, and the toilet wouldn’t flush, so you could be left looking at your feces for days. It was very hot, so we had to pay 10 euro per day for AC, but it barely worked. The teenagers staying there were loud and drunk. We weren’t given any towels, toilet paper or blankets on the first day. On our last day we lost the room keys and were charged 40€ for them. Disgusting.

The apartment was noisy, with a tiny pool, bad AC, cockroaches and ants everywhere. The cooker didn’t work, and even after three hours the pot wouldn’t get warm enough to boil water. All seven nights felt like a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

My room was dirty, and the door didn’t feel safe. It seemed like someone could break it easily. The sofa that turned into a bed wasn’t comfortable either. Very bad, I don’t recommend it.
