The noise made it impossible to sleep. There are about eight nightclubs around the apartment, and the bass is so strong that it feels like you’re inside one. It goes on until 6 AM. We were only warned it might be “a bit noisy,” which seriously understated it. Even someone who enjoys partying needs to be able to rest afterward, and this room wasn’t quiet enough. The photos look decent, but the stay at night was unbearable. The so called spa was another letdown. It costs extra, and the pool is barely bigger than a bathtub, underground in a badly designed space that felt more like a horror movie scene than a luxury facility. We asked for a partial refund as what seemed like the fairest solution, but the owner made clear there was no policy or intention to make things right. This is not what I’d expect from accommodation marketed as “luxury apartments.”

The apartments were amazing, and the rooms were clean and pretty. The location is great, right by the napa strip. Just know that the roads close after 20:00, so you can’t drive there.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and it’s about a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. We stayed in November, when the club next door was already closed, so we had no noise complaints. The rooms look just like the photos and are beautiful. The spa is an extra 10 euros per person, per hour. There’s a sandwich maker, kettle, stove, and microwave in the kitchen area, but no sharp knives or chopping board. There was no salt or oil either, so bring what you need if you plan to cook instead of just heat up prepared food.

The owner was extremely kind and helpful, an incredible person. I wish everyone could meet someone like her. Everything at the property was new and clean. The air conditioning worked really well, and we got fresh towels every day. There was a hairdryer, an iron, and pretty much everything else we needed. The location is great for anyone who likes nightlife. People, if you know you’re staying in one of Europe’s busiest party areas, why complain that it’s loud?
